2 oz good-quality coffee beans
6 green cardamom pods, toasted and crushed
8 cups filtered water
1/4 cup orange blossom honey
1/2 tsp rose water
1 1/2 cups whole milk, chilled
Set Brim Conical Burr Grinder to medium and turn dial to 12 cup setting. Grind coffee beans. Stir ground coffee with crushed cardamom pods.
Place coffee-cardamom mixture into filter of the Brim 8 Cup Pour Over Coffee Maker. Pour filtered water into water container. Press the ON button.
Stir together brewed coffee, honey and rose water. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours. Stir milk into chilled coffee. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
Tip: To prepare cardamom pods, toast in a dry skillet set over medium-high heat just until fragrant. Let cool and crush into shards using a small heavy-bottom saucepan.
